SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping + Fulfillment

We aim to ship all packages within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. (To determine shipping costs, simply enter your shipping address.) 

Taxes and Duties

For International customers, taxes and duties may be set by the custom authorities in your country.  Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering. 

Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Two Dawson purchase, you may return your unused, unwashed Linens in original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charges will be credited to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Returns

Orders on full priced items may be returned so long as:

  • Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging
  • Goods are returned within 15 days of receipt
  • The order was not purchased on final sale (all sale items are final)
  • Shipping is non refundable

Include a copy of your original packing slip in the return shipment. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your order number.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

Within 2-3 days of our receipt of a qualified return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. We will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed will be credited to the method of payment used to make the original purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods.  We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.  For all exchanges please email jen@two-dawson.com

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund.  Goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 3 months of purchase for replacement.  Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.
