SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping + Fulfillment

We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. (To determine shipping costs, simply enter your shipping address.) 

International customers will be responsible for foreign fees & taxes in their own countries

Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Two Dawson purchase, you may return your unused, unwashed Linens within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charges will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Returns

Orders may be returned so long as:

  • The order is new, unused, unwashed and/or unopened
  • The order is returned within 30 days of receipt
  • The order was not purchased on final sale

Include a copy of your original packing slip in the return shipment. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your order number.


Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

Within 2-3 days of our receipt of a qualified return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. We will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed will be credited to the method of payment used to make the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
