Here we teamed up again with photographer, Kate Sears. We were so happy to be included in the story "The Sentimental Minimalist: A Young Architect’s Bed-Stuy Townhouse Makeover" that Kate shot for REMODELISTA.
The beautiful townhouse is home to architect and founding partner of Brooklyn’s Shapeless Studio, Jess Thomas and her husband Hagan Hinshaw, a director-producer. They recently completed a gut renovation of their home with the help of the Brooklyn team, contractor M Square Builders and millworker James Harmon of Workshop Brooklyn.
For the guest room, Jess wanted to create a monochromatic pink room and she accomplished this with painting the room Benjamin Moore "Odessa Pink" and styling the bed with our Two Tone Linen Duvet in Blush/Chalk and Pillow Cases in Blush and White.
For their room they wanted to go dark, they tried several options before choosing Benjamin Moore "Narragansett Green". "It appears more blue than green depending on the time of day." Then the bed was styled with a White Linen Duvet with Hot Pink Piping, Bright Pink and White Linen Pillow Cases.
